The breakfast was luxury and gorgeous, with a wide range of food options. The location was tranquil, relatively close to an open-air museum.

I had fairly quiet room to myself with a bigger walk-in shower, comfortable bed and extra large bathroom. The location was great and beautiful - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go.

We liked the comforts of this low-budget hotel. The room with comfortable beds. The location was marvellous, at a short distance from a living museum. Shopping centers and a bakery were right next door.

Unfortunately, there was no breakfast.

The place was clean and we loved lodge room. The food was reasonably priced and the breakfast was luxury and excellent. The location was marvellous, for example, an open-air museum was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. Moreover, it was so close to the garden area, and a very nice eatery. Greatly enjoyed this excellent stay with very good service.

Truly enjoyed the room with a comfortable bed, my bed was very comfy. Location: the hotel was near the creek and Sovereign Hill and Ballarats best Japanese restaurant and the restaurants.

Top-class hotel in a very well maintained building with particularly nice views onto the garden. Comfy beds, good and absolutely perfect location good in b'fast area. And adjacent to Sovereign Hill one of Victoria's great tourist attractions and a central garden and play area, surronded by two storey apartments on four sides and Ballarat's.

Thanks for the really nice stay for 2 nights. It's a great place to stay, the staff is immensely pleasant and incredibly welcoming. The hotel provides a gorgeous breakfast with healthy muesli and Turkish bread. I would recommend as I enjoyed this venue.

All in all the hotel is ideal, it has nice staff and huge rooms. The room is well priced. The rate is US$ 264, satisfied. The service is fantastic, includes ample parking. To be honest, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was an unexpected bonus.

The hotel was located very close to the garden area outside the apartments, Central to city center, and the major attractions. All of the staff was exceptionally pleasant and attentive to guests. We stayed at the neat and airy room with the aircon and comfy bed, for instance. The venue had a central setting in great location close to sovereign hill.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were well furnished with captivating views. Appreciated climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel TV in the room. The breakfast was delicious and wonderful with a wide array of delicacies.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The grounds were beautiful, especially the blooming garden courtyard. Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing a nice retreat after a long day. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a generous variety of options. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
